How do I book a service?
Search by category or location, open a service, pick a date and time that suits you, and confirm. You can book as a guest browsing the site or from your account dashboard, and you'll get a confirmation with all the details.
Can the provider come to my home or office?
Yes. Mobile providers travel to you — your home, office or hotel. Their travel area and any travel fee are shown before you book. Venue providers welcome you at their spa, salon or studio instead.
Can I book a recurring appointment?
Yes. Many services offer weekly, bi-weekly or monthly recurring bookings — choose the schedule you want during booking and manage it any time from your dashboard.
What if my preferred time slot is full?
Join the waitlist for that slot. If it frees up, you're notified right away and can confirm the booking before anyone else.
Payments
How do I pay?
You can pay with MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, cards and other supported gateways. Payment is taken when you book, held securely, and only released to the provider after your service is completed.
Is my money safe if something goes wrong?
Yes. Because payment is held until the service is complete, you're protected if a provider doesn't show up. Cancellations more than 24 hours before the appointment get a full refund — see our refund policy for details.
Can I tip my provider?
Yes — after your session you can add a tip when you rate the visit. Tips go to the provider in full.
Trust & safety
Are providers verified?
Every provider submits identity and business documents before their listing goes live, and profile photos are checked to be real and original. Look for the verified badge on profiles.
Where do the reviews come from?
Only clients with a completed, verified visit can leave a review — no anonymous or fake ratings.
Can I track my provider on the way?
Yes. For home visits you can watch your provider's live location as they travel to you, with an up-to-date arrival estimate.
For providers
How do I join as a provider?
Register as a provider, complete your profile and verification documents, add your services and prices, and start receiving bookings. You can start on the free plan and upgrade any time.
How and when do I get paid?
Earnings appear in your dashboard after each completed booking. Request a payout to MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money or bank transfer whenever you reach the minimum payout amount.
